loosinisfun's Logboek, 30 sep 10

goooood morning....a day off today...things to do right off the start of the day so no bike ride today...give my body a rest today so it can perform better tomow morning...lol...it never was hard to just take a day off when i needed to before i started workin off the weight an changing the way i look at food...an now when i need to take a day off...i sometimes go ahead an work out on that day until my body just says...look dude...i gave you an extra day and im tired...so take a day off...lol...so i do...cause my body just gets lazy on me...its hard to listen to your body some times...but your body knows when its had enough an need a break...and its good to give it a break when its not expectin it..keep it guessing...i tried on a pair of shorts last night that they are gettin so close to fastening...an yet i dont know if i will get to wear them before it gets to cold to wear them...the days are in the 70s so far, but cooler air is on the way...so hopefully this year i can keep the motivation going...an keep the weight comin off so that by next year...i can put them on an wear them...cause by then...my blue jean shorts will just be to baggy on me...well...guess i need to close this..make the bed an eat breakfast...time to get up an move once again...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS ....KEEP ADDING ON OR INCREASING THE DISTANCE...TO KEEP THE EXERCISE DIFFERENT !!!!!
4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE
6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
8. AND LAST BUT STILL IMPORTANT....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERY MEAL AND EVERY DAY !!!!!!
