Okay, I mean't to make this entry yesterday but have been busy. My upperbody workout was great! Only took about 40-50 minutes with the Super sets and I felt great! I am considering switching from incline DB presses to Incline DB flys for on the Heavy Press days since my Anterior Delts will be pretty wrecked from heavy Military Presses, but we will see how I do this Friday.
