I've gained more weight?!

I just went jogging for 15 minutes and walked for 15 minutes,
I came home and weighed myself and I'm 142.2 lbs. Wtf?

I've been exercising like crazy and I have NO CLUE how I'm gaining this weight.

I don't think you can put on muscle that quickly can you?
But maybe that's what my body was doing when I was starving and completely exhausted on Wednesday and Thursday, and slept for like ten-twelve hours each night.

No clue.
I'm pissed though!

I've gone jogging three times this week, walked for an hour yesterday, and have done my push-ups twice this week and I was way stronger than when I started the month.

I went from being able to do 13 consecutive pushups at the beginning of the month to being able to do 30 on Thursday.

Yeah. I don't know.

I must be about to start my dot or something.

So. Irritating.

Hi its been said you should never weigh yrsel after exercise, some1 said its got to do with yr body keeping water in yr body cooling

When you first begin an exercise plan, you can gain a little weight. Your muscles become sore (the tiny fibers in them tear) and to help repair them your muscles retain water (hence the gain). It is temporary. Exercise is very important in order to maintain a healthy heart and keep the weight off once you lose it. Drink some extra water and keep exercising. Remember the scale is only one way to measure weight loss success. How your clothes fit is another. Good luck!

Always do your weigh-in first thing in the morning. Keep up the exercise routine. You are replacing body fat with muscle which is a good thing. This is another reason the weigh scales dont move like we think they should. Burn the fat, retain the muscle and let your body reshape itself. You're on the right track.
