Well dinner didn't go as planned. My dad had his fisherman's club meeting so my mom and I went to the Mandarin Buffet instead of cooking. I didn't track anything but ate some nice fatty meats with vegetables. Salmon sashimi and beef tripe? Sign me up ;)
