100 percent adherence to the plan and I am a pound more than I was after week one. It has been a month. this is ridiculous. Now I have to drag on with WW until my membership ends. I may stay a member just to use the tools, however, but I think that the key is Atkins but with eating smaller portions. Half of the first week I was on this diet, and lost that week, was a half half diet. Very few carbs.
