I think after weeks of documenting what I eat (not on here) on paper. I have really seen, when I slack, why I slack and how I slack. Basically, not being prepared, planning ahead and being in a rush/crunch. Today I did well. Made me some chicken and eggs for breakfast. Followed by some fruit mid day. Lunch, I had a nice spinach salad, with peppers, crab and some berries. Mid way through the day I had me a coffee with some walnuts & almonds. Dinner had me some more chicken followed by a new york strip steak, mushrooms and egg. Think I got my daily dose of protein??

Forgot to add. I also found out my max weight for bench pressing (175). I could do about two cleanly. So, I'm bumping it down a notch and going to try and ease to that weight. My goal next week is to complete set of 165. Maybe after three weeks, I'll do 3 sets of 175.
