I'm finally on track after that holiday weekend. Just hope I can keep it up until my official WW WI day! lol That's one thing I do like about FS, I can hold my WI every day if I want to. For me, it's added accountability...once I record a weight I'll do everything possible to make sure I don't have to record a higher weight. I don't mind maintaining, but gaining? OH NOES! lol So FS helps me maintain my accountability throughout the entire week, a good thing for me. ;)
Well, I'm off to start my exercise regime. A nice long brisk walk is in order today, then some lawn mowing, a swim, then back to my painting if time allows. I SO want to finish up this painting project, but I keep getting rained out after only doing a small section of the wall! And I can't start earlier because that would cut into my exercise time. And I will NOT slow down on that, it makes me feel too danged good! :D So see y'all in a bit, I'm off to stay fit! :)
