My start weight is not 220 - it is 210 My Bad. Sticky finger joints and not proofing what I enter before I hit the enter button... :)Woke up this morning, LATE. Played Bunko last night and ate things that are not healthy. Something called lemon fluff and a brownie. The rest of what was served is not so bad. I don't feel guilty - I am just making sure I am aware. Today is my appointment with the trainer to go over the weight machines and figure out my "routine". I really like this trainer - he didn't make me feel self concious at all - matter of fact he seemed delighted to have me there. Very refreshing. Something to be said for age, 20 years ago I would have NEVER gone to a gym because "everyone is looking at you and making fun of you" - RIGHT...... :)
