Char Gets Thin's Logboek, 18 jul 13

Ok, not a happy camper today. First, I've been eating really well, not using all my points or staying exactly on point, and eating below my RDI...and gaining weight? Only for 2 days, but STILL! Then to add insult to injury, I log in today to find that a post I made on someone else's journal is now showing as my profile. WHAT? It's just not going to be my day, I can see that now, so gonnna just get out while the gettin's good. Hope to be back in my usual upbeat mode tomorrow. ;)

Hang in there Char. There will always be the ups and downs. Stay focused and don't under-eat too many days in a row. I hope your day gets better.

Ohhhh....things happen like that!! It will get straighten around. As for the gaining.....are you drinking a lot of water. I mean A LOT of water. I really have to. And it seems my body is on a "delay" What I have done a few weeks ago catch up. I have to stop and look at my food journal and see what I ate. Just something to think about. :)

Oh yes, I support PinkRose88, it happens exactly the same to me. What i did last week affects me in the current, and its quite a hit sometimes, because you think "I'm doing things better, and now THIS".

yes I agree with PinkRose88 also. I believe that is what is going on in my body now. Just have to keep true and know that you are doing the right things. Drinking a lot of water is good also. I know I didn't drink as much as I normally do today and I can tell. But also I had 4 weeks before I even showed 1 pound lost! now I have another one, so hopefully it will keep coming off. Hang in there! Also with FatSecret site, I've had problems in the past where it would just delete things as I was typing and heard others that have had that problem awhile ago. Kind of a pain. So I try to copy things as I put them in so I can paste it if it goes away.
