After 7 months of cutting back on portion size, and exercising 3 times per week… I have FINALLY reached my initial goal! I’ve lost 26.5 pounds since Christmas. I feel GREAT, am looking better… and now look forward to my next goal of weighing in at 200#s. I don’t believe I’ve been at 200# for better than 15 years…
