Yeah. 19 yrs of sleep issues is definitely taking it's toll on me. But I am glad to say that I gave in today & took away from study time. I stayed in bed for 14hrs 46mins & slept for 12hrs 45mins w/ only a minor wake up break to take my nephew to school this morning that didn't last more than 30 mins. So my sleep efficiency for last night was at 86%. This rest should last me till next Fri . . . I hope. = D
