Ok I’m back on this journey again I still can’t manage to lose these last 10/12lbs I have been holding on the for so long I think they think they belong to me 😂 but here I go again, I started back intermittent fasting but I’m not sure if I’m eating to much or to little so I want to start tracking my macros... which is a lot of work but here I go..my exercise routine is going well but the scale is not moving so let’s see what we can do about that.
