Well it's late Sunday and we just got home from a 4 day camping trip. Had a marvelous time. Didn't worry about anything, just enjoyed the moment(s). Back to it tomorrow. The Gym, Work, watching my food choices. I have to say that I'm feeling good. Getting ready to hit the sack. My hands are killing me so just waiting for the ibuprophens to kick in. Food Journal begins again tomorrow as well. :)
