well..gpp stagnant.. seminggu awal kemaren memang dietnya kurang sehat.. defcal sampe bwh BMR..cm 900cal tiep Hari, turunnya cepet sih, to begitu diajak makan bener di atas 1000kcal, gradually Naik lagi.. lesson learned 💪
