Well, had some bad news earlier this morning. My brother in law passed away last night at the age of 47. My husband and I will be in and out through most of the week so I'm not going to fret over my diet and excersize plan this week. It will be touch and go depending on what Ernie needs and what we have to do. Being an only child I have no idea about how a loss of a sibling feels. My husband is a wonderful man and brother I hope I can be what he needs at this sad time.
