Tonight I have KISS Club (a community supper club) - there is always so much GOOD food. I already know what the menu is going to be, so, I will prepare an Atkins style salad and dressing to take with me instead of eating potato salad, congealed fruit salad, bread, and, mac & cheese. I'm scheduled to bring the green beans, so, I will be safe there - I know how I will prepare them. Also, I will take my own sugar-free jello instead of going for the chocolate cake that will be there. Lord, Keep me strong<3
