im happy to report a loss for a change..im really thinkin the upswing was from eating at a mcdees an havin a southwest salad...loaded with unseen salt and other goodies...gooooood mornin...feeling better...im thinkin my feeling puny is my sinuses...had a fever yesterday and felt like it was all up an around my eyes...fever broke early last night before i went to bed...an this morning when i looked in the mirror i could see puffyness around my eyes alittle...so just gonna continue to work on that today and try to keep ahead of it so i dont have to visit the doctor...hopefully take care of it at home and mabye tomwo i can actually get back into the exercise routine once again...last 2 days most i have done is sleep and lay around...been drinkin more water tryin to flush out any and everything i could...well gonna take some vitamins an might just lay back down...thought i felt better..but energy level is lower then i thought...have a great one...
