BNFineGirl's Logboek, 25 jul 13

I wanted to make a pineapple upside down cake so badly last night but I knew that I'd eat the whole thing! (It's happened before; years ago). I don't need to consume an 8x8 pan of homemade pineapple upside down cake. So to ward off my craving I opened a can of tidbits and put them in a saucepan with brown sugar and let it cook down for a while. Certainly not as good as the cake but it took care of the craving, and hopefully it was a little better for me.
