Wow it has been a while since I have been on here. Feeling kinda 'sheepish', I have really been slacking and this last weekend ate so many Golden Oreos I made myself ill....I have been doing SB but only half heartedly and my husband is still doing it but eating loads of cashews and peanuts. I can resit the peanuts, but cashews...I am somewhat disheartened as it feels like one step forards and two back. Let's see if I am back on here again any time soon. Maybe I will weigh and put it in tomorrow. Thanks Veggies Yuk for the emails it helped me get back on here. Knowing I was missed is a bit of a confidence boost.

WOW!! It is so good to see you here again! THose darn peanuts...and CAHEWS!!! yep, they have been my downfall too! Too much of a good thing. You're still at a weight I wish I could get to, but it is a lifetime of habits we are tying to change isn't it. Glad to see you back again
