loosinisfun's Logboek, 11 okt 10

goooooood morning...feeling so much better this morning...guess after 3-4 days of no exercise and drinkin lots of water...my sinuses or whatever i was fighting decided to move on to someone else...plan on going for a bike ride this morning...probly just do a short 7 miles..just a warm up route...since i havent done any workouts of any kind in several days...actually feeling greattttttttt this morning...was up an moving around alot more yesterday then i had been...energy level was starting to get chrged back up ...and i just felt better...well..need to get up and eat or drink breakfast and get ready to head out about 6:20 or so...hate waiting on the sun to come up ...but just to dark this time of year until the time change...well...time to get up an moving...have a great day off to all those it applies to...lol

So good you're finally feeling better...I must have sneezed half a dozen times after I went to bed last night and I wondered if I had a cold coming on...sinuses a bit stuffed as well...but, feeling great this morning so hopeful it's NOT a cold coming...I only get a cold every couple years and it's generally a really bad one!! Have a good exercise and focused food day Mike...Nice to see your graph going in the other direction now too!!! huggggggs

had planned to do a morning bike ride..but once i went outside, decided to do a walk instead..just to cool i thought...so went for a 2.5 mile walk...dressed to warm, but would rather be to warm then to be to cool an unable to warm up...

I went for a walk of about 1.5 miles this evening. I put Icy Hot on my upper back when I returned, and am going to try to do at least two miles a day walking even in the winter...

P.S. It's good you're getting out and walking at least, even when it's too cold out...

thanks deb and glenn...yes with the leaves starting to fall, ive decided its time to start walking more and getting back into the walking habit...been really nice in the afternoons, but by then im usually just to tired to go for a bike ride...
