Getting too slack with weekend dining. Better tighten up that belt this week.

Man, I was really sleepy and tired today. Didn't get a good night's rest last night. I actually took a nap around 5pm. And while doing my chores, I've been watching snippets of the show "Hoarders." Egads, I have those compulsive tendences, but not quite to that extreme. It was so depressing, I have this urge to start throwing out crap now!
80,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 16,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 12,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

We ate better today. But I do need to work on cutting down on my portions, even if it is mostly low-cal food.

I have noticed when I am tired, I tend to head for food for energy so have become aware that at these times I need to pay attention. If I am having a real good attentive sleepy day I will go for a huge water instead food which may send me in an overeating mode. Juggling our energy level is sometimes a delicate balancing act. You are doing great coco. TOWANDA!!!!
