I know i am closing in on my temporary ultimate goal, but getting a little frustrated. So I am going to aim for walks 5 days this week and bowflex 3 days. My points aren't really a problem, i tend not to go over too much. i am aiming to lose at least .5 lbs per week (so with my scale .4-.6) and this will get me to my 144.0 goal by february or march. I would like to be down to 138 or 134 by september of 2009. So here goes...
