Wahoo, got my measurements done at the gym today, and while no dramatic inches+ (although another inch from the chest, not sure how I feel about that - LOL) it was dramatic body fat reduction. I am 1 pt. away from Excellent! And I am 1 BMI point away from Normal. The weather / ocean has been great, I love when I can get my cardio in the ocean. For as much as I enjoy the gym; kayak beats row machine and swimming beats treadmill. Plus, 1 hour of swimming (moderate is what I use) is almost 600 calories burned.
