I'm stalling. My calorie counts have been creeping up, my exercise has been creeping down. Need to get back on the discipline train.

You lost over 3 lbs is 3 days and you're 'stallin'? WOW! That's cool! But, I know what you mean...you feel like you haven't been doing what you know you can...I'm leading the train~~~ JUMP ON!!! HA! Best of days to ya!

Yeah, my last weigh-in looks good, but I think that was a loss from a water jump, and I haven't weighed in since then (or done much exercise); it's been nearly a week. Still, I guess it could be worse.

Let's blame it on the stars...I have been slack on my exercise, too. You have been working hard & steadily, and a short break was well deserved...it's a simple hop to get back in the groove - you'll do it I'm sure. Ok, I will too.
