So last night I made a point of planning out my meals for today thru Thursday. Lol, it changed the moment I had to get out of bed this morning. The protein smoothie I had planned was going to be too labor intensive so I opted for a Trio Nut bar (LOVE 'EM!). Then when I got picked up @ 6:15pm after my last class my mom asked me if I wanted to go to the Mad As Hell Doctors forum that was happening at the university tonight. I decided to go & it was to start @ 7:30pm. So my mom figured she'd just take us to eat downtown before it started. I picked a place since I'm more acquainted w/ downtown than my mom is & she wanted something fast & easy. So I picked Pita Pit & knew instantly what I was going to get as well as the fact that the nutrition facts are online. So that was really nice, never-the-less odd. My mom & I haven't spent that much time w/ each other, let alone eat & attend an event together in a few years now. It was uncomfortably awkward w/ me trying to fill the silence w/ useless info about my life that my mom probably has already forgotten. Anyway, the forum was great. I needed to be educated on a social issue that's been cultivating while I was lurking/dwelling/festering in my own personal hell. And I got dinner AND lunch out of it (the salad is huge & is always 2 meals for me).
So to get back to what I was originally saying, I HAD my meals planned, but as of right now, there's so much readjusting that's about to happen that I feel foolish now for having planned it all out. Usually it works, but this time it's not. That's ok though. No big. I just think it's funny that for the first time in weeks I really went out of my way to plan out my 3 days of school & it didn't work out. HA! My exact dilemma in life & why I've changed my life philosophy = p
Got LOTS of walking in today, purposefully. On one of my breaks I made myself walk up & around each of the 4 floors of the library to counter all the sitting. I really feel that's all I do & on the weekends it's even worse. Really need to push myself to walk on the weekends the same way I break from studying & walk while I'm on campus.

Also, aside from Sunday when I got sick from drinking a mango daiquiri (I canNOT do sugar like that EVER again), I've been consistently getting at least 100oz of water. I've been feeling much better about that & my lips are the proof of how badly I needed it. BUT, I need to start adding sea salt to my food again b/c I've been having slight cramping when I lay down again (such is life). I'm just glad to be up on my agua again & it has definitely made a difference w/ the exhaustion. (FYI- I got LOTS of sleep last weekend including nearly 13hrs of sleep last Fri!)
Watched The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo today. I have heard many good things about the book & I had a free video rental for Blockbuster Express so I went for it. It was AMAZING! Superb!! I SO want to read the book when I have time. And the trailer I watched online for it stated that the movie is part of a trilogy, so I'm assuming there are more books as well. It was just awesome! If you don't like subtitles, I don't recommend it, but otherwise fantastic.
Last but not least. Scored another A (97%) on my test for Wealthy & Inequality class. Out of 48 students that took the test, only 11 of us got As. I was shocked but I thought at most I was only going to get a B. Turns out that b/c I actually go & have gone to every class, I DO actually know what the heck is going on even when I don't thinks so = D
