loosinisfun's Logboek, 13 okt 10

goooooood mornin...getting ready to get dressed an head out for a morning walk...did 12,454 in steps yesterday and yes i was tired as the day went along, but feeling great this morning an the plan is to do it again today..start making it an every day habit as often as i can...get back into the habit of walking ...well...add more after i get back...want to get out an at it..

thanks deb an deana...just got home from a morning walk felt so easy i did 10089 already and its only 730 am...lol...but still want to do another one around lunch time...depending on if its rainin or not..might even go in the rain..since i have the right clothing for it...gotta look for a new pair of shoes today when i go to wally world...done wore this pair out...
