Today, I can proudly say I've lost 40 lbs since middle of March. Here's to losing another 40 (well, maybe 30) by the New Year.
At 207 now, the goal is ultimately 180.

Thanks, Mountain Jewels. Last couple days have been blah for me. Working non-stop and just haven't found time to even go for a walk so I'm still stuck at 207 :(
