gained 1 lb since last Dr. visit..will weigh in again on Monday when headed in for my upcoming surgery...and bladder procedure...must really be careful to pick out light foods and a lot of fluids over the next few weeks...as will be laid up for a bit....wish me luck Have a happy healthy weekend friends...
