loosinisfun's Logboek, 14 okt 10

waking up to a much cooler morning...44...but im ready to do another morning walk...did 15,432 in steps yesterday ...just couldnt stop walkin...lol...bout a new pair of shoes yesterday ...bout a pair of running shoes hoping they would last longer then a month...i just wear them out to fast...last pair of shoes only lasted 30 days, but they wasnt running shoes...just a pair of shoes that was comfy to walk in...i have noticed that since ive started walking, then ive been taking less naps in the afternoon...guess doing the walk in the afternoon perks me up or something...didnt drink enough water yesterday and ate more then i normally do but weight is coming off alittle at a time...so hoping to show another loss by the end of the week...well...need to get breakfast over with...an get some warmer clothes on today...to cool for shorts...lol...more after my walk...

short....1.8 mile walk today...legs and feet tired from yesterdays walking i guess...but thats ok..give them a day of rest..an hit it again tomow...
