I feel pretty good about what I've accomplished so far.
My eating is good and hey I'm not out drinking tonight. It's a shame but I have pledged myself to one free day a week. Which means one day of drinking a week.
Feeling pretty good. I wish I had kept track of my weight correctly the first week. I feel a little cheated that I don't have those numbers.
