loosinisfun's Logboek, 16 okt 10

gooooood morning...waking up to 39 outside this morning...had already decided last night i would take this morning off an rest my body and the days i take off from exercise then i try an detox that day as well...it dont always work out that way but i attempt it till my hand to mouth forgets an gets carried away...lol...weight made an upswing from yesterday, but i figured its just from not drinkin enough water yesterday...simple fix...more water today...float my body till i slosh...lol...well...need to make the bed and get some water...get this day started once again...brrr....with the 39 outside...glad i took the day off ...lol...

Hi loosin' - it's cold here too in W Massachusetts, a cold rain early in the day yesterday and windy and cold today - maybe 50* at the most. It IS harder to get out there if the weather is sort of like winter and it's not warm out. Have a great rest of your weekend! :)
