HA! I asked the husband "How DO you make a spinach souffle" and he said "You google spinach souffle. It involves flour, butter, separated eggs, a lot of spinach, etc." I always thought they were supposed to be individual and puffy but his didn't puff up but it was very tasty. He baked it in a bread pan. He likes to experiment with different food especially more now that he is newly retired. He is a pretty darn good cook. We both like to cook so it works out well for us.
