Lol. Oops.
Just looked at all my journal entries. I definitely see a pattern!

Now that I've invited clients on here, I better behave! "Eat healthy, feel healthy."

Feeling GOOD today! Sticking to a plan!

Also, um... does this mean clients read my journal entries too? If so...
breakfast looks HUGE but it's often a combo of 2 meals when I put it in.

Tonight's dessert: pp and 3 EW mixed together, 1 cut up apple, a little baking powder, splenda, and cinnamon. Nuke and top with pb. Should be good!
