gooooooooood monday mornin...woke up to 54 this morning...had already decided to do a morning walk..set the alarm clock to go off at 430am...i was awake at 3.45 and out the door at 430am...already home from a 2.5 mile walk...feels great to get back to walking early and getting a head start on it...gonna do another walk alittle later in the morning lest get my 10,000 today...took 2 days off to rest and detoxed both days...was a successful 2 days of detoxing...well..need to get back up an get some stuff done...things to do ...lol..have a great day...
