Yesss! Finally! I think it was the extra carbs I had yesterday that my body needed to release that one lb its been holding onto for a few days. When I woke up even before I weighed myself I could feel a difference..my belly felt mushier? If that makes any sense? So now I know that I need to do up my carbs at least every 3 to 4 days.
83,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I believe the body needs a switch up. I think it’s called a re-feed or reset. And I just learned about carb cycling too. I love this place 🙌
