goooooooood morning again!!!!...lol.....i was all fired up to get my weight routine over with..till i got outside an in the shop an it was time to start the program....an all of a sudden i was outta the mood...but i kept tellin myslf that if i didnt do it, i couldnt keep tonin up my muscles and if i didnt lift this morning, then id have to use the same weights this afternoon...as usually in the afternoons i add alittle more weight on to challange the body that im workin...took me 45 min to do my workout an i was sweatin when i got done...guess i woke my metabolism up and got it to workin...got my jacket an gloves, an headed out in the 45 degree weather...was pretty cool ...an i was sweatin with my hooded jacket on...for anyone thats wanting to really get a good workout...do a weight routine first, then do a cardio workout...im here to tell you, it wears me out...when i get down to the last block of walking, its almost like im draggin my feet back to the house...and thats the kind of workout you need to do to keep challangin that body...if the workout your doing isnt wearing you out, then its to easy....an you need to up the challange...otherwise yes your burnin calories, but not like you would be if you were challanging your body to a new workout of some kind...always keep that body guessin....well...gonna set down for a few..an drink some water...then get up an move some furniture an get the old mattresses closer to the door...make it easier on the guys bringin the new ones....then...not to sure what im gonna do...but im sure il find something...lol...have a great day!!!!
