That's awesome! It's weird that how you eat can affect how fast you recover from sickness. I'm sure that the late nights and jet lag didn't help either.  

Yeah I've made a complete turn around. I need to remember this when I'm tempted to eat poorly. LOL 

Yeah, sometimes it's just not worth it. Glad you are feeling better. 

Yeah it's amazing though how you don't think about it at the moment. Well, actually sometimes I do but it still doesn't stop me. And that is bad.
