goooooood friday morning ...wakin up to 36 outside an didnt go for a monring walk...when i woke up in the middle of the nite for a bathroom run, muscle above my knee still felt pulled so decided then to just shut off the alarm and sleep ...been sleepin 10-12 at nite..not sure why...just really tired...usually 8 is plenty for me..thought mabye it was cause the time change is getting closer...but really not sure why i have been so tired lately...didnt do all that much yesterday...might just be boredom...from not exercising for the last couple of days...need to get back in the habit of gettin on the floor and doing crunches...if only a few to get bck into the habit...well...lest weight is still down so thats a plus...but do miss gettin in a morning walk to start my day off right...well...need to make the bed and get this day started finally...have a great one...
