The struggle is real! My weight loss has REALLY slowed down. I'd say I'm about 95% accurate in tracking calories, so I guess there are improvements that can be made there. I've also recalculated my TDEE using tdeecalculator.net which has taken about 60kcal off my daily allowance for cutting. I'm also going to add more cardio and change my workout routine to try and encourage glycogen depletion after reading some of Lyle McDonald's stuff. On the upside, I did my first sub 30 minute 5k two days ago at 27:17!
