been trying not to get obsessed with checking the scales and feel like I've not eaten as good as I should have. I've started a new job so walking more and taking weight loss pills as well as just counting my calories and making sure I don't go over.

If you don't mind me asking....what are the weight loss pills that you are taking please?
I was taking Keto a.m. and p.m. but there was too much caffeine in them for me and it gave me a tremor!! I lost quite a bit in my first week when I was on the pills but now I am off them I haven't lost that much this week xx

@Jasmine17_ they're from goddess nutrition online. I don't have any side effects really. They still have caffeine in them but I don't think it's a lot xx

You have lost a stupid amount of weight in just 2 weeks.... 2st 4lbs. I would stop using diet pills or see a doc

Char, I had a look at the pills and they are loaded with caffeine and other stuff!!
I would be so shaky if I took those due to the caffeine and I wouldn't be able to sleep!
So, no good for me.
Just be careful with losing weight so fast Char.

Thank you everyone for your concern, however I take breaks from the pills and although I just track my weight using my scales, I don't know how accurate they actually are, so will double check if I've actually lost the weight
