The scale says 180.8. I am getting impatient to see the 170's as that puts be another step towards goal. I am going to hopefully get in a good swim today. Yesterday a rain storm came up ans ruined my chance to swim.
Today I will be eating a boiled egg for breakfast. Lunch will be salad, squash, and grilled chicken. Supper will be pork chops, salad, and corn. Sugar free jello for a snack.
