🔷Welcome to Motivational Monday! Let's talk: Water! How much is the right amount? Do you drink enough water every day?

I've always heard the water amount advice as: Take your weight in pounds, divide by 2 and that's your ounces of water day. At my weight, this means: 140 oz or 17.5 cups or 4.375l. I for sure don't drink that, unless walking alot or a very hot day. I average around 3l per day. Maybe I should start increasing this!

Do you include all liquids (coffee, tea) in your water requirements? I have read to drink 2 cups of additional water for each cup of coffee (or any caffeinated beverage). Was water always so complicated??? LOL
