My mum found an old notebook from about 2 years ago and I remember that’s when we started to eat healthy and work out and we measured our waists and mine was 40!!!! I can’t believe I let it get so high, I measured my waist right now and it’s 25! Sometimes I feel like I’m making no progress but then I realise how far I’ve actually come in the past 2 years! ❤️
