Why can't I lose weight? Why? :(

You won't lose weight if you don't eat!!! sounds silly, I know... but it's true!! You are eating way too few calories a day!!!

First you need to ask yourself if you goal weight is reasonable. Are you under 5ft tall? Eighty-five pounds for a goal weight is very tiny. If it is in a healthy weight range for your height, then you will need to balance healthy eating with exercise. If it's going to put you under weight, then your body may be trying to hold on to what ever it can for fuel. Eating small amounts can cause your metabolism to slow. Eventually if it doesn't get the nutrients it needs, it starts feeding on itself (sounds gross). If you don't exercise, you might want to start. A healthy balanced diet (1000 calories a day and that's still low) and some daily exercise will help you get lean and strong. Good luck!
