What an awesome workout I had today! Did some intense work out for 30 minutes with my trainer, then some other things on my own. Even though I had to once again push myself to make it to the gym, I just love the feeling and the intensity when i'm working out and just thinking of the benefit it brings! 2nd challenge weigh in tomorrow, praying for great results!!!
