100+ ounces of water
exercise 6 days a week, walking and something else to build muscle
130-140 grams of protein as priority
reduce real figs to once a week if I can -but try to keep to calories
5 fruits and veggies a day
2 whole grains a day
more high protein meals especially breakfast
fast as needed for stomach issue
try to not eat after 8

pick a few challenges that aren't hard to add even if for a week or 4 weeks.

want to get to 170 to schedule surgery and below for surgery~!

Sounds like you have some really good plans there! I set similar goals, but the one I really know makes the most difference is the calories. I can eat healthy and work out like a mad woman, but when I over eat the calories, I'm doomed! 😁 Cheering for you!!!!
