Woke at 234.5, up 2.3 from yesterday. No rhyme or reason after a 1350 calorie day but just continuing to do my thing. Started with weights, pool, and black coffee with cream. Did get great news from the kidney doc yesterday. The sonogram I took last month came back completely clean and my kidneys are working great. I was getting some high creatinine levels over the last year. I dropped whey protein, bitter apricot seeds, and my daily chemo pill. My oncologist is the one who noted the numbers and took me off the chemo since May 30 to see what would happen. Now that I'm better on the kidney numbers, I wonder what he will want to do on that chemo pill. UPDATE: I forgot that I ate some walnuts later last night, so the calorie total was actually 1560. UPDATE 2: Good water movement today and weighed 232.5 before dinner.
