Well, as promised, the intervention is only a few hours away! No surgery, just a metabolic liquid fast for a few months. I'm considering this a vacation from food, a reset button, a do-over, a chance to really get it right this time.
I have a few things up my sleeve to help me past the weight loss part and on to living.
Still, it feels odd being here again, having gained a lot since my last low. Taking a deep breath! Here we go! 3-2-1-transformation time!
