Once again. I had another week of carbs. Not too much, but still enough to make me feel like I did horrible. Didn't eat burgers or fries. But, I did have pasta I think twice this week. Not preparing meals, being sick caused such a spiral. So I really need to figure out how to deal with this :( I can't always predict when I'm going to be late or when I'm going to be sick. I would love to eat soup when I'm sick, but it's packed with so much sodium. Anyone have any healthy suggestions?
Good news..kicked butt yesterday at the gym to make me feel slightly better. Meals have been better all weekend. I guess because I actually have time to prepare for meals and it also helps when you don't feel sick.
