Been feeling really irritable all day; not sure why. I had to get a tire repaired and while waiting about 45 min, I realized it's lunch time and I was hungry and getting impatient. A few more minutes went by and then the work was done. As soon as I started driving home, - immediately wanted to go to the nearest fast food and indulge, thinking about what I would have and how good it sounded and would make me "feel" better. At least, for a few mins. Then I'd feel like crap bc I have been working so hard this last month with success. So, I drove straight home and made chicken lettuce wraps with avocado and some raspberries on the side. One of my first mental victories!
